Overview

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Ranch Hand to become part of our team. The ideal candidate is an energetic team player with a passion for exotic wildlife and a strong desire to support the daily operations of the ranch. This position involves a range of tasks related to animal care, ranch maintenance, and equipment operation to help ensure the ranch runs efficiently.

Perks:

$400 monthly allowance for a 3/4-ton diesel pickup (must own one)
Potential housing available after a probationary period

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily animal care and feeding to maintain their health and well-being
Check water levels in breeding pens regularly
Operate a variety of farm equipment safely and effectively
Perform heavy lifting related to feeding, moving supplies, and general upkeep
Participate in game capturing activities
Use hand tools for fencing, repairs, and other maintenance tasks
Observe animals for signs of illness or distress and report concerns promptly
Take on additional ranch duties as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in animal handling or husbandry preferred
Familiarity with operating farm machinery is a plus
Must be capable of heavy lifting
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license
Must own a 3/4-ton diesel pickup
