Bluebird Ag is hiring a Field Sales Representative to join our team remotely in Northwest Indiana. In this role you will be building relationships within the farming and agriculture community, selling crop spraying services, and ensuring seamless service delivery throughout the season.

Bluebird Ag is a leading agriculture and farm services company specializing in aerial crop application. We provide cutting edge spraying solutions using drones, airplanes, and helicopters across Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.

We pride ourselves on a strong team culture. During peak farm season, our crew operates like a family, often sharing meals together at our crew house and supporting one another to get the job done.

We offer competitive compensation base salary plus commission, continuous commissions on all retained customers, and company vehicle.

What you will be doing:

Develop and manage relationships with farmers, co-ops, and agriculture managers
Sell aerial crop spraying services including drone, airplane, and helicopter applications
Build and maintain a long-term book of farm and agriculture clients
Coordinate with customers to confirm field maps, spray schedules, and application details
Ensure timely chemical delivery and application logistics
Travel throughout Northwest Indiana to Kokomo to meet with farm clients
Attend weekly in person meetings at the main office
Support operations on site in Winamac, IN for approximately 3 weeks during peak season

This role is for you if you have:

Background in agriculture, farming, or working with a co-op
Strong sales ability with a customer focused mindset
Charismatic personality with excellent communication skills
Are self-motivated and disciplined
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory
