Responsibilities**:
Perform assigned craft duties safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements.
Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, or blueprints as applicable to your craft.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on schedule.
Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
Follow company and client safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
Support additional tasks and cross-craft needs as required by the project.

Requirements

**Essential qualifications:**

Minimum 18 years of age.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to pass drug screening and background checks as required by project specifications.
Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented attitude.
Commitment to working safely and delivering quality workmanship.
Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in industrial environments, including confined spaces, elevated heights, and varying weather conditions.
Experience in one or more of the listed crafts (all levels welcome: helper, apprentice, journeyman).
Valid certifications (e.g., welding, equipment operation) preferred but not required.

**Working Conditions**

Outdoor construction environments, including all weather conditions.
Regular lifting, carrying, and moving of heavy objects and materials.
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in awkward positions.
Extended periods of standing and walking on uneven surfaces.
Routine exposure to loud noise, dust, and fumes.
Possible exposure to hazardous materials and sharp objects.

**Physical Requirements**

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders, and work at elevated heights.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Adequate vision, including depth perception and peripheral vision.
Adequate hearing and clear communication in noisy environments.
