This independent, field-based role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong row crop agronomy knowledge, experience supporting corn, soybeans, and potatoes, and the ability to build lasting relationships with retailers, crop consultants, and growers while expanding a growing territory.

What You’ll Do
• Drive sales growth across Michigan with a primary focus on corn, soybeans, and potatoes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, crop consultants, and growers
• Provide in-field technical expertise, agronomic support, and product demonstrations
• Develop and execute an annual territory business plan to meet and exceed sales goals
• Manage personal inventory and participate in company meetings, events, and product training
What You Bring
• B.S. in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field, or 5+ years of agronomy or ag sales experience
• Strong row crop agronomy background and business development skill set
• Ability to communicate clearly, present technical information, and influence purchasing decisions
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently in a remote territory
• Previous experience working with ag retailers, co-ops, or crop consultants is highly preferred
