We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Farm Equipment Operator to become a key member of our operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of a modern farming operation and wants to grow their skills within a progressive, expanding business.
Position Overview
The Farm Equipment Operator will play an important role in day-to-day farm and grain operations. From operating equipment in the field to assisting at our grain facilities, this individual will help ensure work gets done efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate farm equipment including tractors, planters, grain carts, and tillage tools
- You will be a big part of planting, harvest, and seasonal field operations
- Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on equipment and implements
- Support grain elevator operations including loading/unloading trucks and general facility upkeep
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
- Communicate directly with ownership on ideas for improvements and efficiencies
- Work extended hours during peak planting and harvest seasons
What We’re Looking For
- While prior experience operating larger farm equipment and/or heavy machinery is preferred, we’re willing to train the right individual
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of how field decisions impact overall farm performance
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with repairs in the field
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and desire to be part of a progressive, growing operation
- Willingness to work longer hours during busy seasons
