Agri-Industrial Sales Manager to join our team in Wenatchee, WA, to provide tailored robotic system solutions to customers.

The
Sales Manager will be based within a 3-to 4-hour radius of Wenatchee, WA area as this will be your territory. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with both existing and potential customers focused on the apple, berry and cherry industry. You will travel to customer sites to understand their needs, gather technical information, and collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions. As an individual contributor, you will prepare and present economic proposals and manage projects from initial contact through to successful installation and start-up. Providing excellent customer support and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers and new prospects within a 3-4?hour radius of Wenatchee, WA
- Conduct regular on?site customer visits to understand operational needs, gather technical requirements, and identify opportunities for tailored solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to translate customer needs into customized, feasible proposals
- Prepare, present, and negotiate economic proposals that align with customer objectives and company capabilities
- Manage projects from initial customer contact through installation, commissioning, and successful start?up
- Oversee each stage of the project lifecycle to ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer support, communication, and follow?up throughout the duration of each project
- Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure customer satisfaction at every milestone
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, and sales activities
- Represent the company professionally at customer sites, industry events, and regional meetings
Requirements:
- Experience in agriculture - specifically the fruit and vegetable sector, specialty crops, and/or in Agri-industrial machinery
- Technical background, such as mechanical engineering, agronomy, crop science, or post-harvest processing is ideal
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in schedule
- Experience tracking sales in a CRM or data management system
- Clarity and transparency in work and communication
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, reliability, and precision
