Wickham Tractor Co. is hiring an Agriculture Service Technician to join our team in Sterling, CO (about 2 hours northeast of Denver). In this role you will be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agriculture equipment, farm machinery, and diesel heavy equipment while delivering high quality service to our customers.

What you will be doing:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on agriculture equipment, farm machinery, and heavy diesel equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Read and interpret equipment schematics and service manuals
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation
- Communicate repair updates with service staff and customers
- Work with parts, sales, and service teams to meet customer needs
- Maintain tools, shop equipment, and service vehicles
- Extended periods of time spent sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead.
This job is for you if you have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of technician experience with agriculture equipment, farm machinery, diesel, or heavy equipment
- Proven customer service skills and experience
- Experience in agriculture, farming, construction, or equipment repair preferred
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer systems
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 Ibs without assistance
