We’re hiring an
Office & Compliance Manager to execute daily administrative and operational support while leading compliance efforts for food safety, health and workplace safety. You would be in a hands-on role supporting all areas of our growing operation. We are open to candidates from a variety of experiences with proven detail-oriented work and proactive focus.

What you would be doing:
- Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
- Manage filing systems, shared documents, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with employees, vendors, visitors, and regulatory personnel.
- Order, receive, and maintain stock of office supplies, PPE, and operational inventory.
- Food Safety & Compliance
- Coordinate and maintain documentation for food safety audits, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, workplace procedures, and company policies.
- Develop and update SOPs, training logs, inspection reports, and safety records.
- Track and manage PPE inventory
- Operational Support
- Provide administrative support for additional projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior administrative or office management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive ability to create and develop organization and processes where none currently exist
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and highly comfortable with maximizing technology to improve efficiency
