C&M Dredging Inc. - Travel Position (Southeast U.S.)
C&M Dredging is seeking motivated Construction Laborers and Shoremen to support dredging and marine construction projects across Florida and the Southeast.
This is a travel-based position working on dredging crews performing shoreline restoration, canal dredging, and marine construction.
We provide 100% paid travel and lodging plus daily per diem.

Requirements
- Perform general labor duties supporting dredging and marine construction operations
- Assist with dredge pipeline setup, movement, and maintenance
- Perform pressure washing, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance
- Assist operators and crew with tools, materials, and project setup
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
- Communicate regularly with the foreman and superintendent
- Support additional construction and project needs as directed
Qualifications
- Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome
- Experience in construction, marine work, landscaping, or heavy labor preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be able to complete tasks with and without direct supervision
- Must be open to working out of town for up to 45 days at a time, including some weekends and holidays
- Equipment operating experience is a plus
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working on or around water, including barges, boats, and dredging equipment
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk for long periods
- Comfortable working in muddy, wet, and uneven terrain
- Ability to work extended hours during active projects, typically up to 80-85 hours per week, including weekends
