We are currently seeking**Foundation Repair Laborers**to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, digging, shoring, and backfilling
- Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
- Safely operate company tools and equipment
- Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
- Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times
- Work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for up to 10+ hours daily
- Physically demanding work involving repetitive bending, stooping, digging, and lifting
- Previous foundation repair or construction experience is a plus, but not required
