About the Role
As a Technical Agronomist, you will support Field Sales Representatives and customers across your territory by providing technical agronomic guidance and helping growers understand how BW Fusion’s crop nutrition solutions perform in real-world field conditions. You will generate and interpret agronomic insights through field trials and demonstrations while building trusted relationships with growers and dealers. Our agronomy platform leverages real-world data and AI-driven insights to help turn field observations into smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product and Agronomic Expertise
- Conduct regional field trials for current and potential products, validating efficacy for future sales and marketing efforts.
- Coordinate and report on field trial programs, ensuring objectives, schedules, and targets are met.
- Establish agronomy-to-agronomy relationships with key dealer accounts through field demonstration trials.
- Provide technical leadership, agronomic training, and product training to commercial team members and customers.
- Educate and train Field Sales Managers on the technical aspects of the portfolio.
- •Organize and participate in technical and promotional events, field days, and conferences.
- Technical Sales Support
- Collaborate with FSRs in developing promotional materials and campaigns.
- Lead and support marketing efforts, including technical sales collaterals, presentations, and competitive product analysis.
- Review and approve technical, sales, marketing, and advertising communications.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related agricultural field (or equivalent hands-on agricultural experience)
- Strong foundational understanding of production agriculture, preferably with value-added products
- Agronomic knowledge of modern agricultural production methods.
- Interest in field trials, agronomic data, and using technology to support better farm decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with growers and dealers
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong curiosity and desire to learn
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
