Produce & Farm Crew Associate
Pay: $15.50 to 20.00 (Depending on Experience)
Schedule:
- 6:00am–4:00pm or 11:00am–7:00pm
- Variable hours; shifts fall between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM and are typically 8-10 hours long
- Some weekend and holiday availability required
Position Overview:
This physically active role supports the full lifecycle of produce, from greenhouse and field work through washing, packing, wholesale fulfillment, and retail stocking. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor, hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greenhouse work, planting, harvesting, pruning, and weeding
- Washing, grading, packing, and storing produce
- Packing and fulfilling wholesale orders
- Stocking produce in the farm store with proper rotation and quality control
- Supporting seasonal events, farm displays, and infrastructure projects
- Operating farm equipment (tractors, forklifts, vans, box trucks) as qualified
- Providing basic customer service when assisting in the farm store
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license required for equipment operation
- Farm, warehouse, or retail stocking experience preferred
Retail Associate (Farm Store)

Position Overview:
Retail Associates play a key role in delivering an excellent guest experience in our farm store. This role includes customer service, cashiering, stocking, food preparation, and assisting with in-store and outdoor guest activities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
- Operating cash registers and processing transactions accurately
- Assisting customers with product questions and recommendations
- Stocking shelves and displays with attention to freshness and rotation
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the farm store
- Preparing smoothies, sandwiches, and coffee
- Assisting with inventory, deliveries, and restocking
- Supporting Pick‑Your‑Own check-ins and outdoor guest services as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Reliable and customer-focused
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
Events & Entertainment Staff
Pay: $18–$22/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
- Variable hours; shifts fall between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM and are typically 8-10 hours long

Position Overview:
Event & Entertainment Staff are responsible for creating safe, engaging, and memorable experiences for farm guests. This role supports private events, Pick‑Your‑Own operations, hayrides, playground activities, mazes, and educational farm experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and breaking down private event spaces
- Managing event flow and guest engagement
- Coordinating catering delivery and facilitating payments
- Leading educational farm tours and hayrides
- Assisting with Pick‑Your‑Own check-ins and guest monitoring
- Overseeing playgrounds and public activities
- Supporting retail, harvesting, or stocking operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a passion for guest service
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Strong communication and public-speaking skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Event, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
