Farmer Elevator Grain and Supply is hiring a Branch Manager at our North Creek, OH location (about 50 miles east of Fort Wayne, IN). In this role you will serve as the face of the branch, overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the local agriculture community.

What you will be doing:
- Manage and lead location staff, fostering a strong team environment
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining relationships within the agriculture community
- Oversee grain handling, storage, and quality control operations
- Manage wheat and fall harvest operations, ensuring efficiency during peak seasons
- Assist at scale and dump pits during high-volume periods
- Support agronomy and seed operations, including sales, treatment, and delivery
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance and housekeeping logs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including bin entry permits and protocols
- Coordinate with local vendors and partners for facility maintenance and repairs
- Step in where needed to support overall branch success
This job is for you if you have:
- Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or farm operations preferred
- Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of grain handling, storage, and agronomy practices is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
