We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable Poultry Crew Member to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves working directly on poultry farms, assisting with the safe, humane handling, vaccination, sorting, and transportation of poultry.
The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working in physically demanding agricultural settings while following strict biosecurity and animal welfare protocols. Candidates should reside within a 30–40 minute commute of our Talmo, GA office; a limited shuttle service is available from Gainesville, GA.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with catching, sorting, moving, and loading poultry in a safe and humane manner
- Perform tasks related to poultry vaccination and flock management services
- Follow all biosecurity protocols to prevent contamination between farms
- Operate tools and equipment safely in a farm and agricultural environment
- Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas
- Comply with all safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled farm assignments
- Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Supervisors
- Accurately complete required documentation and reporting
- Maintain professional communication with customers and farm personnel
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

- Competitive daily pay: $140–$160 base rate (guaranteed minimum, with performance-based earnings tied to production)
