What We’re Looking For
You don’t need trade experience—just bring:
- About 6 months of general work history (preferred)
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to travel occasionally to neighboring states
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a great attitude
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
- Valid driver’s license
Bonus (not required):
- Fast learner with a team‑first mindset
- Comfortable with physical, active work and heights
- Familiarity with construction tools or OSHA 10
️ What the Job Is Like
This is an
active, hands-on role. You’ll:
- Lift and carry 15–50 lbs
- Bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Use tools and painting equipment
- Work on industrial & commercial job sites
- Train to safely operate boom lifts
