We are currently hiring an
Agronomy Division Manager. The Agronomy Division Manager will oversee all aspects of the Agronomy Division, including managing input price risk, supply logistics, product purchasing and pricing, and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies with the Sales & Marketing Manager, optimizing division revenues and investments, and leading the Centrol Precision Ag team's operations. The manager will also be responsible for effective resource allocation, organizational and analytical leadership, and fostering strong relationships with team members, business partners, and customers to drive continuous improvement and division success.

This role is for you if you have:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to effectively prioritize projects and tasks; efficiently delegate, coordinate, and utilize resources within approved budget.
Ability to be outcomes focused, balancing costs and benefits, consistently utilizing feedback for continuous improvement, to achieve sustainable results.
What you will be doing:
Leading Agronomy input price risk management, supply management, product purchasing, product pricing, and supply logistics.
Coordinating closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and execute the Division's sales and marketing strategy, along with the Agronomy sales team's performance plans.
Optimizing Agronomy Division revenues, expenses and investments.
Responsibility for Agronomy Division's profitability and customer satisfaction.
Demonstrating excellent organizational, analytical and negotiating skills.
Overseeing and coordinating the strategy, business plans, customer service and financial performance of the Centrol Precision Ag team.
Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, effective communications and constructive relations throughout Key Cooperative and with business partners and customers.
