Pure Country Farms, one of Washington’s leading farm-to-fork operations, is hiring an experienced
Controller. Pure Country Farms is a family-owned operation with nearly 50 years of experience in pig farming and over a decade in beef production. The company has grown into one of Washington State’s leading producers of high-quality pork and beef. Today, the business is vertically integrated with its own USDA-inspected packing facility and continues to expand with increasing production and a new retail storefront.
The Controller will take ownership of day-to-day financial operations while partnering closely with leadership to provide strategic financial insight and support informed business decision-making. This is a hands-on role with complex accounting of multiple entities. You will help set up internal controls, oversee a QuickBooks Online transition, execute a transition from in-house payroll to securing an outside vendor, and lead a small AR team.
We offer a competitive salary along with health benefits and a 401K with up to a 3% match
