Key Responsibilities
- Measure, mark, and cut materials according to project plans and specifications
- Cut and shape wood using hand and power tools
- Assemble and install rough wood structures as needed
- Collaborate with team members, including apprentices and laborers, to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Ensure work is completed with precision and attention to detail
Qualifications
- 3+ years of rough carpentry or relevant construction experience preferred
- Strong understanding of construction plans and measurements
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently when needed
