We are hiring a
Farm Operations Lead in Central Kentucky to be a hands on leader who oversees daily orchard crop operations to keep people, equipment, and resources running efficiently. This role focuses on maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations required to keep permanent crops healthy and productive. This is a hands?on role supporting every area of the farm including pruning, spraying, weeding, irrigation, and crop nutrient and protection programs.

- Experience in any type of crop farming or orchard experience; prior management is not required
- Ability to operate equipment
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and organized with a focus on getting things done.
- Strong mechanical ability to be able to perform in-the-moment troubleshooting and repairs
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute day-to-day operations
- Plan and execute pruning programs, spray crop protection, monitor tree health and integrate IPM programs
- Maintain irrigation scheduling
- Coordinate and perform routine equipment and infrastructure maintenance
- Work with external consultants to ensure strong crop health including nutrient and spray program
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
