Florida Crystals is looking to hire a Farm Manager Trainee (SRDP Supervisor). The position is located at our facilities in western Palm Beach County. Florida Crystals Corporation is a leading domestic sugar producer that owns 180,000 acres of land, two sugar mills, a sugar refinery, a biomass renewable power plant, and a rice mill in Palm Beach County. These facilities farm and harvest sugarcane and rice for processing at the local mills.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Agronomy or a related field is a requirement.
- Have an above average GPA.
- Farming experience is a plus.
- Able to physically working in an industrial/farming environment.
- Be legally eligible for employment in the United States without sponsorship.
