Job Description:
GENEPRO, INC is seeking an experienced remote Outside Sales Representative to develop and maintain its multi-state sales territory. In this travel-focused role, you will work closely with the Technical Sales Representative to deliver expert swine reproductive technology solutions to farmers, businesses, and research institutions, while actively prospecting for new business.

What You'll Do:
- Establish, maintain, and expand a diverse customer base through:
- Cold Outreach
- Attending Industry Shows
- On-site meetings
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Collect and interpret sales figures
- Keep up to date with new products and competitor information
- Submit all required paperwork and reports on a timely basis.
- Maintain records accurately in CRM

What you bring:
- Strong Agricultural background - Swine Industry experiencepreferred
- Proven experience in Business Development OR Sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field
- Intimate knowledge of Biosecurity Standards is a plus
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Willingness to travel as needed.
