Highway Farms is hiring a Wean to Finish Manager to join our team in Dayton, IA (about 70 miles northwest of Des Moines). In this role you will be overseeing multiple wean-to-finish facilities in central Iowa.

What you will be doing:
- Oversee daily farm operations across multiple wean to finish swine sites
- Ensure proper care, health, and well-being of livestock
- Manage and support farm staff and part-time employees
- Execute and monitor standard operating procedures related to the facilities and hog production
- Maintain strong biosecurity and animal welfare practices across all farm locations
- Coordinate feed ordering, vaccinations, sorting, loading, and site sanitation
- Monitor and maintain farm equipment, facilities, and ventilation systems
- Track, collect, and analyze production and farm performance records
- Collaborate with growers and internal teams to meet farm production goals
- Promote a safe, efficient, and team-oriented farm environment
This job is for you if you have:
- 2–5 years of experience in agriculture, livestock, or swine production
- Strong knowledge of hog and swine farm operations
- Passion for animal care and livestock management
- Self-starter with the ability to manage farm responsibilities independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills within a farm environment
- Effective organizational and time management abilities
