About

As a Crew Leader for the Houston Environmental Action Team, I led a team of 5 members, completing 675 hours of
service. My responsibilities included overseeing trail construction and maintenance, as well as managing park
restoration projects, such as removing invasive species and planting native plants. I was also responsible for
maintaining tools, vehicles, and equipment, both power and hand tools. In addition to managing these tasks, I provided
guidance to team members through technical training, conflict resolution, and reflection. I worked closely with partners,
contractors, program staff, site supervisors, and volunteers to ensure successful execution of projects and delivery of
high-quality results.
