Seeking a responsible part-time hand for a private, family-owned 900-acre ranch. This role focus on regular upkeep, infrastructure monitoring, and general readiness of the property.

Compensation: $18-$24 per hour (Experience-based) | Hours: 5-10 hours/week (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure: Maintain fences, gates, and roads using a tractor; seasonal brush clearing.
Equipment: Maintain and operate John Deere tractor, Polaris Ranger, and ranch vehicles.
Systems: Monitor water wells, pumps, storage tanks, and maintain the pool/softener systems.
Livestock & Wildlife: Basic cattle health checks, headcounts, and maintaining wildlife feeders.
Property Care: Weekly building checks, plumbing flushes, and coordinating with vendors.

Requirements:

Prior ranch or farm maintenance experience preferred.
Basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate equipment in all weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
