We are a growing landscaping company specializing in residential and commercial outdoor maintenance. We offer steady, recurring routes and are seeking a dedicated Crew Lead to oversee daily operations, coordinate team efforts, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in landscaping and horticulture, with a passion for outdoor work and team management.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians during daily assignments
Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation, and general horticulture practices
Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance
Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper use and upkeep
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
Assist with hands-on landscaping work when necessary, including construction or installation projects
Train new team members on best practices for landscape maintenance and safety procedures
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Experience

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or horticulture
Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction settings preferred
Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, and general landscaping techniques
Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safe operation of landscaping tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills to lead a team effectively and interact with clients professionally
