We are a growing landscaping company specializing in residential and commercial outdoor maintenance. We offer steady, recurring routes and are seeking a dedicated Crew Lead to oversee daily operations, coordinate team efforts, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians during daily assignments
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation, and general horticulture practices
- Ensure all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
- Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and monitor crew performance
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper use and upkeep
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with hands-on landscaping work when necessary, including construction or installation projects
- Train new team members on best practices for landscape maintenance and safety procedures
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or horticulture
- Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction settings preferred
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, and general landscaping techniques
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safe operation of landscaping tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to lead a team effectively and interact with clients professionally
