Groundskeeper/Porter – Round Rock
This position is available now. Work hours will be 7:00 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. Primary work location will be 1001 University Blvd Round Rock, TX 78665.
The groundskeeper / porter will focus on the property appearance and care of amenity areas for our apartment residents.
The starting rate of pay for this position is $18.00 - $22.00per hour. This is a full-time position with paid vacation/sick time that accrues.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Complete Valet Trash Removal for Residents 3 times per week at set schedule.
2. Clean pools daily during season, perform necessary pool maintenance, maintain proper chemical levels in pool areas.
3. Perform watering as needed, maintain the sprinkler system.
4. Remove snow and ice from sidewalks, spread sand or salt when needed.
5. Maintain green spaces, use insecticides, fertilizers and herbicides as needed, weed, prune trees & shrubs.
6. Pick up refuse on lawns, in hallways, stairwells and garage areas each morning.
7. Replace light bulbs in common areas of exterior and interior halls and garage, assist in cleaning work as necessary.
8. Deliver notices as directed by Resident Manager, perform any other duties as directed by the Resident Manager.
9. Participate in all maintenance projects as needed.
10. Knowledge of Make-ready Cleaning in the Apartment industry is a MUST
