A progressive and growing farming and agriculture operation in Central Indiana is hiring a Cow Calf – Show Barn Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the daily care and management of cattle and livestock, including both commercial cow calf operations and show cattle preparation. This individual will play a key role in maintaining herd health, supporting breeding programs, and working with customers.

What you will be doing:
- Daily feeding and care of cattle and livestock
- Manage cow calf operations, including calving and breeding
- Perform and assist with AI breeding (preferred experience)
- Monitor herd health and treat sick cattle as needed
- Work with show cattle, including breaking, fitting, and clipping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities and equipment
- Communicate regularly with ownership regarding herd performance and improvements
- Interact professionally with customers and support cattle sales efforts

- Experience in farming, agriculture, cattle, or livestock operations required
- Hands-on experience with calving, breeding, and herd health management
- Experience with show cattle preparation, including clipping and handling preferred
