AgHires is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a dynamic, remote?based
Talent Development Manager to help shape the future of our people and culture. In this multifaceted role, you’ll design and deliver training curriculum, lead onboarding and new?hire training, and coach our recruiting consultants. You’ll work closely with new recruiters as they build their client?management and interviewing skills, providing hands?on one-one coaching. You will be client-facing along with the new hires during their initial phases of learning client management. Beyond new hire training, you’ll develop continuous learning for the entire team, partner with leadership on strategic people initiatives, and play a key role in strengthening our company culture. This role reports to the Owner.
An impactful candidate will bring:
- Broad agricultural knowledge across multiple sectors such as crop inputs, livestock and animal nutrition, food production, biosciences, controlled environment agriculture (CEA), and/or horticulture
- Proven success in either recruitment, learning & development (L&D) and/or training with ability to mentor and coach others
- Strong client management experience within a service-based industry or closely related field
- Bachelor’s degree required

Focus areas
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Design, implement, and continuously improve internal training programs
- Lead, upgrade and expand our training platform and develop playbooks for different aspects of the role
- Mentor and coach for new team members one-on-one, particularly during their first year; includes participating along with new hire on client meetings providing guidance and coaching
- Develop leadership training initiatives for senior recruiters
- Leverage internal and external resources to promote continuous learning and career development
- Evaluate and integrate best practices, tools, and systems to streamline training and development
- Analyze team performance to ensure systems and software are fully being utilized
- Manage internal DiSC and Enneagram training programs, leveraging external consultants as needed.

- Lead the predictive index modeling and assessments for internal hiring
