Professional Pet Groomer – EarthWise Pet (Austin, TX)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled, compassionate Professional Pet Groomer (please only apply if you have professional experience) to join our pet wellness center in Austin. At EarthWise Pet, we believe grooming should be a positive experience—for both the pet and the pet parent. What You’ll Do:
- Provide full-service grooming based on breed standards and customer requests
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized grooming area
- Build long-term relationships with pets and their people
- Recommend grooming schedules and retail products as appropriate
- Use our scheduling and point-of-sale systems
- Attend store meetings and continuing education
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience
- Grooming license or certification (required)
- Excellent animal handling skills and a calm, patient demeanor
- Strong work ethic and professional appearance
- Able to lift 45+ lbs and groom pets of all sizes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
