We’re hiring a skilled vinyl installer / sign installer who takes pride in clean, high-quality work.
This is a lead install + production role working on wall murals, window graphics, and large-format branded environments across Austin. You’ll be trusted to run installs independently and deliver a professional result every time.

What You’ll Do
Lead Installations
- Install wall murals, large-format window graphics, floor vinyl, and signage
- Lead jobs independently from start to finish
- Ensure clean execution: alignment, seams, durability, and finish
- Work directly with clients on-site
- Travel locally (company vehicle or mileage reimbursed)
Production
- Prep graphics for install: lamination, trimming, weeding, masking
- Maintain quality standards in production
- Read and execute job tickets accurately
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years as a sign installer/vinyl installer (large-format graphics required)
- Experience with wall murals and full-window installs (not just decals/lettering)
- Ability to lead installs independently
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable, self-motivated, and problem-solving mindset
Portfolio required (photos of past installations)
Qualifications
- Experience installing large-format vinyl graphics (walls, windows, floors)
- Production/finishing experience (lamination, trimming, weeding)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Comfortable on ladders (up to 12 ft)
- Strong time management and job ownership
Bonus:
- Vehicle wrap experience
- Experience leading or training other installers
